In our March class we will explore herbal preparations tailored for wound care and the repair of minor cuts, scrapes, and bruises. Through hands-on experiences, ceremonial practices, and in-depth learning, participants will dive into the properties of  Willow Bark, Yarrow, Golden Seal, and Arnica—herbs revered for their ability to aid in minor wound recovery and tissue repair.

Participants will receive carefully curated herb samples and delve into the art of creating topical applications specifically formulated to accelerate the repair process of minor wounds. Beyond their physical attributes, this class will explore the emotional and spiritual healing dimensions of these plants, fostering a holistic understanding of their remarkable healing properties.

Join us to gain a deeper understanding of the plant allies dedicated to wound care. About the Herbal Wellness Series:

This series of classes centers around herbal actions and remedies for a specific healing or helping role.  Students will get samples of the herbs to use in teas or other preparations, but the goal is to learn about specific plant healers.  We will use the herbs as teas or topical applications in each class. Each class will include a small ceremony or meditation to help the learner become more attuned the the healing ability of the specific plant we are working with. Students do not need to take the full series as the classes are not built upon each other.
